Basic apparel colors:

This is a listing of the basic colors that we offer. click here!  We can attempt to get any color requested but it is subject to availability.

Design online:

This is a feature to the website that enables you to make your own T-shirt utilizing ready to print vector clipart that is provided.  Choose your shirt color, choose your artwork and order your shirts with the click of your mouse.  For further instructions on how to use this feature click here! 

Design online provides artwork, but if you cannot find the artwork you are looking for then we have more to choose from - more clipart.   If you choose to use artwork outside of Design Online then you will need to contact a company representative to complete your order or fill our our free quote form.

Colors offered in Design Online are listed on the design page if you would want colors not offered there then you would need to contact a company representative.

Pricing:

Custom Screen-printed garment prices are based on total quantity, the color and type of garment, how many colors in your design(s) and how many locations you print. 

Embroidery prices are dependent on stitch count (how many stitches it takes to embroider your design) as well as on total quantity and the color and type of garment. 

We are confident that 110% of the time our prices are the lowest on the Internet! But... if you do find a price lower than ours, we guarantee to match or beat any verifiable quote that you present us with!!!

Artwork:

We accept artwork via e-mail in the following formats: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and others. See click here for more information. 

Basic ink colors

This is a listing of the basic ink colors that we offer. click here  We can attempt to get any ink color requested but it is subject to availability.

Uploading Artwork:

If you have artwork that is too big to send via e mail this is a way to send it.  It's Easy and it allows us to use the original file.  To upload click here.

Payment Options:

A 60% deposit is required to begin production, the balance shall be due and billed upon completion and shipment of your order. 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) and debit cards bearing the Visa or Master Card emblem. Please note credit/debit card payments are processed through "Cross For You" our parent company.  

We also accept checks and money orders (please allow extra time for the mail and for checks to clear).

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Our products are guaranteed to be first quality products, no seconds or irregulars, free from manufacturer defect. Screen-printed items are guaranteed to hold the ink through normal laundering procedure (see garment tag for instructions). 

Shipping:

We normally ship via UPS ground. Delivery time varies according to state and zip code. (See click here for estimated delivery times.) Upon request we also ship UPS Next-Day, Second-Day-Air and & 3 Day-Air. 

Minimums:

The minimum order for custom Embroidered garments is 12 pieces. 

For Screen-printing the minimum is 6 pieces! However the price is based on a sliding scale: the greater the quantity - the less the price. Get a quote click here

Production Time:

Production time is dependent on many variables such as total quantity of pieces, how busy we are, how complicated your artwork is, etc. However we pledge to process orders in a timely manner. We do not charge extra for rush orders and will do our best to meet your deadline!

Ordering Procedure:

We have combined the best balance of automation and human supervision in our online order form. Information you will need at the time you place your order is: garment type and color, quantity, sizes, image size(s), ink color(s), preferred delivery date, credit card information, billing address, shipping address. You may upload your artwork click here or send artwork as an e-mail attachment.

Set-Up Charges:

There is NO set-up charge for Screen Printing 

There is a one-time set-up charge for Embroidery.  

Reorders:

You will NEVER have to pay set-up charges on reorders, however pricing on reorders is based on total quantity you reorder. In other words if your original order was 100 units and your reorder is 50 then you can expect to pay a little more per unit. On the other hand if your reorder is for 150 units then expect to pay less per unit.

Sales Taxes

Only California residents are subject to paying sales taxes unless you hold a valid resale permit, in which case we will require a signed resale certificate on file.

Nonprofit Sales Tax Exemption
